At Carve Designs, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring all original hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated mail carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
